How a Security Design & Implementation With Tech Zone Works

Project Presentation
During your On-Site Design Consultation, we’ll arrange a time for you to visit our Design Center for your Project Presentation. At this meeting, we’ll review your design, scope of work, materials, and a preliminary budget. Following the presentation, we will collect a small Design Engagement deposit, which will be applied toward your final project balance. This deposit enables us to continue refining your project to ensure it’s perfectly tailored to your vision and to prepare a Final Agreement.
Start a Phone consultation
You will be able to book a time chat on the phone to discuss your vision for the project—its scale, scope and budget.
Sign Final Agreement
With every “i” dotted and every “t” crossed, you will receive a highly detailed and thorough Final Agreement to sign, enabling us to begin the preparatory steps for your project and permitting process. At this stage, we will also collect a 50% downpayment (minus the preliminary deposit you already paid in Step 4).
On-site design consultation
If all lights are green during the phone consultation, we will schedule an appointment at your location to discuss the project further. During this visit, we will collect measurements, photos, and any additional information needed to prepare a Preliminary Proposal. Please note, there is a $299.00 On-site Design Consultation Fee.
Pre-Installation Meeting
Most often, our team will hold a virtual online meeting with you to review the project details one last time before we start installing. While we sometimes conduct this meeting on-site, we have found that an online meeting is more efficient and convenient for everyone..
Installation
The Time has finally come! Our team arrives to install your equipment. We will work diligently to get your project complete efficiently as possible
Final Inspection & Cleanup
We will arrange to have your final inspection completed to close out your project so you can enjoy your new system. We will make sure the work site is clean and safe for you to enjoy.
Training & Support
No security plan or system is good without the proper traing. We wil work with you one step at a time so you are confident with opperating you security system and it's features. As your premium provider we will be here for you when needed. That's our promise.
