We began our journey in 2000 with a 700 sq. ft. showroom, filled with small electronics, parts, and accessories. Our offerings included cellphone service and computers, marking the start of our venture into the tech world. At that time, phones were small, computers were large, and questions about technology were abundant. Dial-up internet was considered impressive, and sharing email jokes was a common pastime. Fast forward to today, where basic DSL internet speeds can be frustrating, and many of us are replacing cable TV with streaming services. The evolution of technology has led to significant changes; computers are now compact, while cellphones have grown larger and more advanced. We live in a connected world, where online shopping has become popular, allowing us to shop anytime and anywhere without the pressure of reaching a store before closing. Over the years, we’ve witnessed a shift in our customers' needs, with an increasing demand for connectivity. Today, our core operations at Tech Zone – Central IA Systems focus on providing service and support for network devices, security cameras, alarm systems, and smart home technology. Whether serving consumers or commercial clients, we engage with both copper wire and fiber optics, continuously connecting, protecting, and facilitating communication through technology.
